WHO WE ARE
The Rhode Island Scholarship Alliance (RISA) is the alliance of school choice advocates and Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs) working to promote educational opportunities for economically disadvantaged students through the Rhode Island Scholarship tax credit program.
